The P. A. State Police Officer purchasing firearm must FAX to Phoenix Distributors a current photo copy of their police credentials with visible picture and text. [FX# on form and site] The P. A. State Police Officer purchasing a Colt firearm from Phoenix Distributors is responsible to find a local FFL to facilitate the transfer of firearm to the purchasing P. A. State Police Officer. The P. A. State Police Officer purchasing a firearm will need to supply Phoenix Distributors with a up to date signed copy of the FFL License from the FFL dealer that will take position of gun for the purposes of transfer from Phoenix Distributors to the purchasing P. A. State Police officer. The FFL must be on file with Phoenix Distributors before transfer can be completed. Failure to supply FFL and Faxed copy of credentials will result in delay of order.
